Lollipop Cutters
We use high quality micrograin carbide in the manufacturing of our lollipop cutters. They are 100% CNC ground on ANCA 5 axis grinders. We can coat with Zirconium Nitride if requested. Let us quote you tools by sending a tool or a print.

Ordering Custom Lolli Pops
These tools are one of our most complex tools in our catalog. In nature, they need to be custom designed per port job; with Rigidity in mind. We want to leave as much material on the shank as possible, which reduces chatter and produces a better finish; but they need to be necked down for that ultimate reach. When we do a production run, we need to make a minimum of 10 units; otherwise the run is simply too small to setup the machines. Being custom in nature, it is hard to stock a "typical design" in a large swing of sizes; it is not a product like that. Therefore we are still outlining which cutters will be our "typical design". We do have some in stock, but they are customs. Contact us and we will let you know what we have on hand, as we are still adding customs to the catalog.
