Poly Crystalline Diamond - PCD
Our PCD inserts are single sided with an "upsharp edge" so that we derive the best finishes. They may be resharpened.
Not for Multi Metal - Only Aluminum
Some aluminum blocks and heads have cast sleeves or steel inserts. PCD is NOT the right grade of diamond, and we recommend CBN. Read more in our Tech Archive!
