Looking to retrofit a machine into a surfacer?  We have engineered a fully functional and adjustable Fly Cutter System for the engine macine shop.  
 
Our Billet Aluminum Fly cutter Body is available in 10", 12", or 14" diameters.   It has a 1.5" pilot hole to accept our shell mill adapters which have a large 4" flange.    
 
We offer different cartrages for the most adaptable Fly Cutter System in the industry.  We offer 4 different cartrages designed for the 4 specific types of suracing (Cast Iron, Aluminum, and Bi Metal).   With all 4 of our cartrages, our Fly Cutter can easily adapt from one material to the next on the job line.  With interchangeable cartrages, our system is the last your shop will need.
